One of the things that I have learned over the past few years is that I needed to create my own personal development library. The reason I decided to start my own personal development library is while attending various seminars and listening to millionaires and billionaires tell their stories. One of the common items they each possesed is a personal development library. All of them throughout their carreers have consistiently purchased books and audio CDs to enhance their knowledge and personal development. To do this I have sought out many industry leaders and I have purchased their books or audio cds and have built a significant library.
